About Us

My name is Chris Walker and I’ve been conducting training on evangelism and church growth internationally since 1992 in over 10 different countries in the Americas.

Over the years, I’ve received lots of inquiries in how to improve parking lot ministry, church hospitality centers, train greeters and ushers, and simple things like signage.

Churches have ignored my presence, and churches have welcomed me as a stranger. I’ve been overlooked and I’ve been smothered with too much attention from a church that was “too friendly.” I want to share these stories and insights with you.

I have visited nearly 100 different churches on 3 continents and have learned many useful systems and processes along the way. I’ve consulted with congregations throughout the US and served 11 years as a pastor in 3 different churches.
